Noise Enforcement
The Noise By-Law regulates and prohibits noise within the Town of Greater Napanee. It makes provisions for general noise prohibitions, noise prohibitions and time and place exemptions from noise prohibitions and discusses the fines and process for enforcement.

Noise By-Law Exemptions
Citizens and organizations are allowed to apply for an exception to this bylaw for things such as special events or essential construction projects. Each application is reviewed individually. To apply for an exemption please use the link above.
