Third Party Advertisers

Any individual, corporation or trade union wishing to advertise or distribute materials supporting or opposing a candidate must be registered as a Third Party Advertiser. To learn more, review the Third Party Advertiser’s Guide.

Advertising that focuses on issues—not specific candidates or ballot questions—is not considered third-party advertising. Groups involved in issue-based advocacy can continue their outreach throughout the municipal election period.

Any Third Party Advertisers for the By-election will be posted to this page upon registration.

All registrations must be filed in person during regular office hours at 99 Advance Ave from May 1 to October 23, 2026. Advertisers are encouraged to book an appointment with the Clerk or Deputy Clerk to ensure availability.
