Brian Calver

Hello everyone, I just want to take a minute to reintroduce myself.

I’m Brian Calver and I am seeking your vote to be re elected as the Deputy Mayor of the Town of Greater
Napanee on October 26. I believe that I still have so much more to offer and am looking forward to
proudly serving once again.

(wife Monique and sons Ryan and Alex) on County Road 9, I own (along with my wife) Davis & Davis, a

Adolphustown Reach in the UEL Heritage Centre & Park.

I believe in giving back, it’s important to me to volunteer and assist as many different events and
organizations as possible. Supporting local has always and will always be my top priority. I love the
feeling when I can get out make a difference in our community – Salvation Army Food Drive comes to
mind. I love when I can watch and volunteer at different sporting events around town – Napanee Raiders
and Napanee Express.

Blair Campbell

My Fiancée and I moved to Napanee February 2021 after purchasing a local property known as the “Andrews Farm”. I have a purebred Charolais beef herd at home, and I’m one of several Livestock Evaluators in Napanee.

I have 26 years working for the Federal Public Service. I have held a wide array of positions throughout my career from front-line to managerial positions and make decisions impacting people everyday.

I grew up in Inverary, Ontario on my grandparents farm and the only time I spent away from that small hamlet was to attend University and obtain my degree in Criminology. I’m a critical thinker who can look at problems, engage others, develop common sense solutions and move items forward. I am result oriented and a strong believer in finding efficiencies within government while promoting growth, prosperity, and public safety.

I’m running for Deputy Mayor because when we came to this town it welcomed us with open arms. I’m a strong believer that the most honourable position in a lifetime of public service is to represent the people of your town. If elected Deputy Mayor I plan to try to provide equal representation to all residents and businesses of our town.

Rennie Hutzler

I have a lifelong connection to the Greater Napanee community. Greater Napanee has been part of my story from the beginning, and when it came time to raise my own family, I chose to make it home once again. My local roots, professional experience and years of community involvement have given me a strong understanding of what matters to the people who live and work here.

Throughout my professional career, as an Accountant here in Napanee,  I have been fortunate to stay actively involved in our community, serving with the Napanee Housing Corporation, Napanee CWL, Victim Services of Hastings, Prince Edward & Lennox and Addington, Napanee BIA, Community Foundation for Lennox & Addington and Greater Napanee Connect. I have also served as an advisory member for the Community Initiatives Fund.

These experiences have given me the opportunity to work alongside residents, businesses and community leaders—to listen to concerns, help solve problems and turn ideas into action. I believe strong leadership means being accessible, listening to people and making responsible decisions that put our community first.

As a candidate for Deputy Mayor, I’m ready to put my experience to work for Greater Napanee. I will bring a practical, common-sense approach.

Angela Hicks

Hello, I’m Angela Hicks, incumbent candidate for Ward 2 Councillor in Greater Napanee.
Greater Napanee has always been home. I was born and raised in Napanee, and my husband and I have raised our family in Ward 2. We have called this community home for 40 years, giving me a strong connection to the people and character of our community.
I bring over 20 years of private-sector experience with Bombardier and Alstom Transportation in procurement, supply chain, and project management. I retired in 2022 and was elected Ward 2 Councillor. My background provides practical skills in analysis, critical thinking, planning, negotiation, and collaborative problem solving.
My commitment to municipal government began earlier. In the 1990s, I served two terms on Adolphustown Township Council and participated in the amalgamation that created Greater Napanee. During my current term, I have worked with municipal staff and committees to address community needs and move priorities forward.
I remain committed to listening to residents and working collaboratively on important issues including affordability and service levels, industrial and commercial development, recreation, policing, and homelessness.
I would be honoured to continue serving Ward 2.
Accountable • Collaborative • Transparent

Jason McDonald

I have lived in Greater Napanee for over 35 years, my wife works at L and A hospital and our children attend The Prince Charles school, and we love our small community and enjoy calling Napanee home. Our municipality is at a crossroads and faces many issues, from potential data centres, growing homelessness and yearly tax increases. It's time for new idea's and a fresh outlook on how we can improve Greater Napanee for current and future generations. I truly believe we need to change our current Ward system to a general election where we vote for our top 5 council members, like we do with Mayor and Deputy Mayor. I also believe any potential data centre could have a very negative impact on our community. Yes, it helps with tax revenue, but the impacts to water usage, potential higher utilities and noise pollution currently will not outweigh the extra tax revenue. Please consider all the issues when you cast your vote, change can be hard, but it starts will all of us.

Donald Stokes

Having been born in Kingston and raised in Napanee, I believe that every once in a while, we need to get out of our comfort zone, if we wish to try and make a difference. My professional background includes working as an outdoor sporting good manufacturers rep, looking after western Canada after getting my feet wet servicing Ontario. I graduated in Recreation, with two years of advertising and business and enjoyed many fine years working with customers and consumers both big and small.

Community work has included a local community fish hatchery, as a start-up, to founding a large fundraising salmon BBQ competition on the west-coast and acting as the founding VP for the Kingston Area Fly-fishing Club. I most recently served on the first version of the Recreation Committee, missing zero meetings prior to a recent operation on April 23, that had me sidelined for 4-5 subsequent meetings. My belief in community development means evolving to ensure that due process “plus” is followed in matters involving the public trust, most recently in land sales. I held out entering this election till just an hour beforehand, noting acclamations are not something I believe in. Thankyou

Michelle Edgar

For 15 years, I’ve invested in Napanee, not just as a business owner but as an employer, active community member, volunteer, and parent. Now I’m ready to serve our community in a new way.

My husband, Steve, was born and raised here, and our daughter attended elementary school in Greater Napanee and is now in Grade 12 at Napanee District Secondary School. My background is in human resources and communications, and I am a certified business coach. I’ve spent years leading teams, managing resources, navigating difficult decisions, and bringing different perspectives together.

I currently serve as a Director on the Lennox and Addington Chamber of Commerce Board, have been a member of the Napanee BIA, served three years on the Winter Chill Fest Committee, and supported Greater Napanee Connect initiatives.

I believe good leadership starts with listening, understanding the facts, and making thoughtful decisions. My focus is responsible use of taxpayer dollars, growth our infrastructure can support, a thriving downtown, reliable municipal services, and ensuring residents feel heard and informed.

I will make decisions based on the facts, the best interests of our community, the impact on taxpayers, and the long-term future of Greater Napanee.

I would be humbled and honored to serve this term if reelected. I have always made decisions based on common sense and always for the good of all Greater Napanee. I will always keep in mind the history and unique aspects of the community when making decisions. I am excited about the future for this great community, and anxious to serve and build on the foundation now in place.

Ron Yeomans

I am running for Greater Napanee Council in Ward 5 with a commitment to being an accessible, responsive, hands-on and independent-minded councillor.

Born and raised in Greater Napanee, I have spent 25 years running a local business and has owned Napanee Cab for the past seven years. My business experience has taught me the importance of responsible decision-making, managing costs, solving problems and providing dependable service.

I have also been active in the community, serving as President of the Greater Napanee Soccer Club and participating in the Downtown Advisory Committee, Chamber of Commerce and local BIA.

My priorities include listening to residents, supporting seniors, strengthening transportation, recreation, health and community services, and responsible municipal spending.

With the rising cost of living affecting families, seniors and businesses, I believes council must carefully consider spending and its impact on property taxes while protecting the services residents depend on.

I believes good municipal government starts with listening, asking questions, getting the facts and making practical decisions.

RON YEOMANS - A STRONG VOICE FOR WARD 5

Committed. Community Focused.

Katrina Coulas

I am a mother to three children and have lived in the Greater Napanee area for over 25 years. Professionally, I have worked with and supported children, families and caregivers for 25 years. I am currently a member of the Special Education Advisory Committee and Accessibility Planning Committee with the Limestone District School Board. I look forward to serving on additional school board committees and working with a Board of Directors that advocates for the best interests of children and families. It has also been a rewarding experience to be the Chair of the Greater Napanee Recreation Advisory Committee.

It is my goal to come alongside families in Greater Napanee to represent the educational needs and the wellbeing of their children. Caregivers know their children best, and I look forward to representing them in my role as a School Board Trustee.

Tiffany Lloyd

I’m Tiffany Lloyd, and I’m seeking re-election as Limestone District School Board Trustee for Greater Napanee.
Since being elected in 2022, I’ve worked to be a visible, accessible and prepared trustee who shows up, asks questions, and keeps our community connected to the decisions being made at the board table.
Public education is personal to me. My son and stepdaughter both graduated from Limestone schools in 2025, and I know the system not only as a trustee, but as a parent.
During my first term, I've served as Vice-Chair of the Board, Chair of Audit, Chair of the Director's Performance Appraisal Committee and a member of the Special Education Advisory Committee. I've brought forward successful motions advocating for stronger supports, responsible governance, and public education, and I've worked to ensure Greater Napanee's voice is heard.
If re-elected, my priorities will remain financial stewardship, special education and strong advocacy for students, families and public education.
I'm proud of the work I've done, but I know there is more to do. I'd be honoured to continue representing Greater Napanee for another term.
