Canada Post Strike

During the Canada Post labour disruption, mail will not be processed or delivered. Despite the interruptions with the mail service, you are still responsible for paying bills and parking tickets on time.

All Town services remain available during the labour disruption. Those who would like to make payments via cheque may experience delays in payment processing. To ensure no additional fees are incurred, please review our payment method options below.

Utility bill payments are due Wednesday, November 27th, 2024, and a number of payment options are available. If you have submitted a payment via cheque, you may experience delays. Unpaid balances could lead to a penalty and interest being charged.

Ball Parks

The Town of Greater Napanee loves the game of baseball! Each year our 9 softball diamonds are in full swing, hosting a mix of ages and leagues. This includes the Napanee Fairgrounds Complex that has multiple diamonds at one location - ideal for any tournament!

Location: At the corner at the ends of Thomas St. and York St. in Napanee

The Napanee Fairgrounds Sports Complex is home to a modern softball facility with two diamonds, which have lights for night time playing.

The facility also includes:

  • Full service canteen;
  • Accessible washrooms;
  • Meeting space and two score/press boxes;
  • Picnic areas

Rates (per hour):

  • Adult (with lights) - $32.00
  • Adult (no lights) - $29.00
  • Adult Tournament - $29.00
  • Youth (with lights) - $28.00
  • Youth (no lights) - $24.00
  • Youth Tournament - $24.00
  • Practice with Lights - $20.00

A $10.00 administration fee will be applied to facility bookings that are requested to be changed.

The North Fredericksburgh Sports Complex is home to two full size softball diamonds, which have lights for night games, and one mini diamond for tee ball (no lights).

The facility also includes:

  • Full service canteen;
  • Accessible washrooms;
  • Meeting space and a score/press box;
  • Picnic areas

  • Adult (with lights) - $32.00
  • Adult (no lights) - $29.00

The Selby Ball Diamond is a fenced softball diamond with lights for night games.

The facility also includes:
