2025 Spring Leaf & Brush Collection

May 12th, 2025: Rural area residents must have their materials to the curb by this date. Materials will be collected throughout the week of May 12th.

Rural area residents MUST call Growth & Infrastructure Services at 613-354-3351 ext. 113 prior to Friday, May 9th, 2025, to arrange for rural pickup.

May 20th, 2025: Urban area residents (from Highway 401 to County Road 8 at the golf course hill) must have their materials to the curb by this date. Materials will be collected throughout the week of May 20th.

How to Book and Pay for Facilities Online

Book Online

If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.

Once your booking request has been submitted, you will receive notification via email of the approval. Please note that facility booking rentals and account creation approvals will only be approved Monday to Friday, from 8:30am-4:30pm. Approvals may take between 24-48 hours to be processed.

Once your request has been approved you will need to log back into your account to make payment.

Pay Online 

Payment for online bookings is due within two weeks of the original booking. If you cannot pay online via credit card, please come to 99 Advance Avenue to pay in person (Hall and Lounge Rentals) or to 16 McPherson Drive to pay in person (Ice Rentals).
