Changes to Utilities Billing - Effective January 2026

The Town has completed a transition of its utility billing software services to streamline the number of payment systems it operates.

As part of this transition, additional digits have been added to each utility user’s account number. The previous 6 digit number will now be 12 digits (e.g. 001597, will change to 000 001597 000).

Roblin Waste Disposal Site Closure Due to Extreme Cold

Due to the expected extremely low temperatures and in the interest of maintaining staff safety, the Town’s Roblin Waste Disposal Site will be closed on Saturday, January 23, 2026.

The South Fredericksburgh Waste Disposal Site will remain open for residents during this time. The South Fredericksburgh site is located at 651 Road #1, Napanee and will operate during its regular hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We appreciate the public’s understanding and cooperation as we prioritize health and safety during severe weather conditions.
