RFQ-IS-2026-01 - Oliver Side Road Ash Tree Removal

The Town’s Capital Department seeks a contractor to provide services for Ash Tree removal. The proponent will be responsible to cut down 302 trees that have been marked with orange paint and flags located on Oliver Side Rd between Bridge St and Town Rd #2.  Project is to consist of tree removal 150mm (6”) in diameter or larger must be cut into log lengths and stack at an identified location by the municipality within the limits of the project., brush and debris chipped and site to be cleaned once complete. All remaining stumps must be cut within 150mm (6”) of the ground. Upon award this work shall be completed by April 1st, 2026.
