Public Notice - Surplus Land Consideration

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Land Sale By-law 2025-0048 that the Council of the Town of Greater Napanee intends to consider a request to declare surplus and sell a portion of a vacant town-owned lot as Class II direct sale lands. The land is described as approximately 25m2 at the northwest corner of the Millhouse Yards stormwater pond block, directly to the east of 367 Camden Road.

The proposed request will be considered by Council at its regular meeting on:
November 25, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.
