Invitation for Equipment, Labour & Material Quotations

Infrastructure Services invites all contractors, heavy equipment operators, and heavy equipment rental companies to provide a list of equipment, labour, and materials available to the Town to support various road projects throughout the 2026 operating year. 

Please include with your submission:

1. List of available equipment, model/size, etc.
2. Hourly rates, with or without operator
3. Emergency after hour rates, with or without operator
4. List of available materials and unit prices
