Once registered, account holders will receive one of the following when property tax bills are issued:
  1. An email notifying them to log into their account to retrieve the bill, or;
  2. An email with the PDF bill attached.
Please note that the 2026 Interim Bill (sent late Jan or early Feb annually), will be the test for e-billing.
This means that anyone who enables e-billing will also receive a physical copy of their bill to ensure that all residents receive a copy.

If successful, the 2026 Final Bill (sent late May or early June) will only be sent digitally for those registered for e-billing.
