E-Billing Services Now Available for Property Taxes

If you are only looking for certain sections of the video about registering for e-billing, the following videos are available:
Once registered, account holders will receive one of the following when property tax bills are issued:

An email notifying them to log into their account to retrieve the bill, or;

An email with the PDF bill attached.
If successful, the 2026 Final Bill (sent late May or early June) will only be sent digitally for those registered for e-billing.
What is my PIN number?

It is a 4-digit code found on your tax bill (top left just above the roll number).

It remains the same, unless there is an ownership change.

If you are struggling to log in, staff can reset/change the following information:

Username

User email
-
Password
-
Locked accounts
-
E-billing will be operating on a go-forward basis.

Previous billing and payment amounts are shown in the account "Transactions", but not full copies of the bills.
