Request for Information

If a formal request is necessary, you must complete the Request for Information Form and submit it along with a $5.00 application fee to the Town Clerk.

The Town has up to 30 days to process the request in order to conduct a search for the requested information/records, and to determine if the information can be disclosed in its entirety, partially or if it must be withheld. The applicant may be responsible for the associated costs of search time and photocopies of documents.

Many of the Town of Greater Napanee's records are available to the public without making a formal request for information under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Please search our website or contact the Town to determine whether or not a formal request is necessary.
