Winter Parking Restrictions

Winter parking restrictions are in effect from December 1 - March 31. During this time, parking is not permitted on any roadways or streets between 1:00 am and 7:00 am for winter maintenance operations.

Special Meeting of Council - December 2, 2025

There will be a Special Meeting of Council on December 2, 2025, beginning at 7:00 pm at the Best & Bash Arena (16 McPherson Dr).

The purpose of this meeting is to hear deputations from residents regarding the CarbonFree Technology battery storage facility proposal.

Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Banquet Hall at the Best & Bash Arena (16 McPherson Drive).

Parade of Lights 

Saturday, December 6, 2025, leaving from the Napanee Fairgrounds (170 York Street) at 5:30 pm.

Clean Up Efforts at Springside Park

Please be advised that a majority of the clean up efforts along the Springside Park trail are now complete. A few locations within the park will remain closed as crews continue to clean up brush and other debris the week of November 24. These areas have been taped off and we ask that the public stay on the walking path and away from these areas until further notice.
