Third Party Advertisers

Any individual, corporation or trade union wishing to advertise or distribute materials supporting or opposing a candidate must be registered as a Third Party Advertiser. To learn more, review the Third Party Advertiser’s Guide.

Advertising that focuses on issues—not specific candidates or ballot questions—is not considered third-party advertising. Groups involved in issue-based advocacy can continue their outreach throughout the municipal election period.

Please note that dates and timelines referred to within this document provided by the Province of Ontario relate to the 2022 Municipal Election. Dates and timelines related to the Greater Napanee By-Election can be confirmed by contacting our Election Team.

Any Third Party Advertisers for the By-election will be posted to this page upon registration.
