RFQ - 26-07 - Supply and Delivery of Winter Sand

The Town of Greater Napanee is seeking proposals for the supply and delivery of winter sand for municipal winter maintenance operations for the 2026/2027 season. The successful proponent will supply winter sand in accordance with OPSS.Muni 1004 and LS‑602 gradation requirements, with delivery to the Town’s Public Works yards located at 8321 County Road 2 and 1599 County Road 41.

Quantities are estimated for tender comparison purposes, and payment will be based on actual tonnes delivered, as confirmed by government‑certified weigh scales. All deliveries must be completed no later than August 15, 2026. The Town will be responsible for on‑site mixing and stacking of materials using municipal forces.
