Refreshment Vehicle Applications Now Open
Thinking about operating a refreshment vehicle in Greater Napanee this year? Applications for the 2026 season are now open!
A Refreshment Vehicle Licence is required to operate on private property and Town-owned property within Greater Napanee.
A Park Permit is also required if you plan to operate on Town-owned property. Applications to operate on Town-owned property can be submitted year-round, but to be considered first for a designated location, applications must be received by March 1 each year.
