Passing of Former Mayor Frank “Bud” Calver
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our former Mayor, Frank “Bud” Calver. Bud Calver was the last Mayor of the Town of Napanee from 1991 to 1997, and the first Mayor of the Town of Greater Napanee from 1998 to 2000.
The flags at 99 Advance Ave, Fire Station 1, and the Best & Bash Arena will be lowered to half-mast until services have taken place.
We extend our sincere condolences to the Calver family during this difficult time.
