Greater Napanee Fire Department Recruiting Paid On-Call Firefighters

The Greater Napanee Fire Department is currently recruiting Paid On-Call Firefighters for all three fire stations.

A recruitment night will be held on July 9 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at 66 Advance Avenue, Napanee. Attendees are encouraged to bring their families and learn more about the role, requirements, and application process.

Call Centre for Residential Garbage Collection Concerns

Starting June 1, 2026, residents will be required to report all garbage collection concerns directly to Waste Management’s call centre. This change will improve customer service and response times.

Fire Prevention Week Open House

As part of Fire Prevention Week, the Greater Napanee Fire Department will be hosting an Open House on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Station 1 (66 Advance Avenue, Napanee).

Come out and visit the station for a charity BBQ, fire safety education, and fire truck and station tours!
