Voting Information:

A by-election will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026, to fill the vacant Councillor seat representing Ward 3.
Voting can be done through the following methods:
  • Advance voting will be available online and via telephone from January 9-18
  • In-person advance voting assistance will be available from January 12-16 at 99 Advance Avenue from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • In-person voting on Election Day will be available at the Best & Bash Arena from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Candidate Nomination Forms:

Interested in helping to shape local decision making? You can run for Council in the Ward 3 By-Election if you are:
  • A Canadian citizen
  • At least 18 years old
  • Own property or live within the Town of Greater Napanee
Nomination papers can be filed from now until December 5, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Visit our Municipal Elections page or email elections@greaternapanee.com for details.

Voter Registration Information:
