Total Burn Ban Downgraded to Partial Burn Ban

The Greater Napanee Fire Department is downgrading the Total Burn Ban to a Partial Burn Ban effective Thursday, August 28, 2025.
A Partial Burn Ban allows residents to light and maintain a campfire of no more than 60 cm in width by 60 cm in height, used for cooking, warmth, and recreational enjoyment. Open-air burning is only permitted 2 hours before sunset until 2 hours after sunrise.
Open-air burning permits can be obtained on our website.
