Parade of Lights

The Parade of Lights is taking place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, leaving from the Napanee Fairgrounds (170 York Street) at 5:30 pm.

We kindly ask that the public refrain from parking vehicles along the parade route. Vehicles left on the parade route will receive a ticket and/or be towed.

Winter Parking Restrictions

Winter parking restrictions are in effect from December 1 - March 31. During this time, parking is not permitted on any roadways or streets between 1:00 am and 7:00 am for winter maintenance operations.

Precautionary Water Usage Notice

**Notice for Sandhurst Shores Residents Only**

The Town of Greater Napanee is asking residents of Sandhurst Shores to be mindful of their water usage until further notice.

The recent lack of precipitation has increased demand on the water treatment plant during peak usage periods, especially during evening hours. During this prolonged heat event, there has also been additional strain put on the electrical grid in the area.

The integrity and safety of the water treatment plant has not been compromised, and the Utilities Department will continue to provide residents with a safe and reliable source of water.

Hand-delivered notices have been dropped off to the residents of Sandhurst Shores.
