Parade of Lights

The Parade of Lights is taking place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, leaving from the Napanee Fairgrounds (170 York Street) at 5:30 pm.

We kindly ask that the public refrain from parking vehicles along the parade route. Vehicles left on the parade route will receive a ticket and/or be towed.

Winter Parking Restrictions

Winter parking restrictions are in effect from December 1 - March 31. During this time, parking is not permitted on any roadways or streets between 1:00 am and 7:00 am for winter maintenance operations.

Fire Safety Inspection Scam

The Greater Napanee Fire Department has been made aware of individuals that are falsely claiming to represent the Fire Department and conducting door-to-door fire safety inspections.

These individuals are not affiliated with the Fire Department. At this time, our firefighters are not conducting any door-to-door fire safety inspections.

If you receive a visit of this nature, please visit the Canadian Ani-Fraud Centre website for more information about scams or to report a scam.
