The Market Square Advisory Committee is seeking input on the interior renovations at the historic Old Town Hall. Feedback collected will help shape how this space will best service the community moving forward.

Parade of Lights

The Parade of Lights is taking place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, leaving from the Napanee Fairgrounds (170 York Street) at 5:30 pm.

We kindly ask that the public refrain from parking vehicles along the parade route. Vehicles left on the parade route will receive a ticket and/or be towed.

Winter Parking Restrictions

Winter parking restrictions are in effect from December 1 - March 31. During this time, parking is not permitted on any roadways or streets between 1:00 am and 7:00 am for winter maintenance operations.

2026 Curbside Collection Calendar

Printed copies of the 2026 Curbside Collection Calendar are now available at our municipal office, located at 99 Advance Avenue. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Starting the week of December 8th, calendars will also be available at the Best & Bash Arena and at all retail locations where bag tags are sold. A copy of the calendar will be available in the December 5th publication of the Napanee Beaver.

A reminder that due to changes in provincial legislation, the Town will no longer be responsible for the collection of recycling in Greater Napanee.

Emterra Environmental will be responsible for the collection of recyclable material as of January 1, 2026. For all recycling inquires in the new year, please contact Emterra’s customer service at 1-888-597-1541 or customercareont@emterra.ca.
