Fire Department Training Session

July 15, 2025 

The Greater Napanee Fire Department will be conducting a training session on Wednesday, July 16th, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

During the session, emergency vehicles will be traveling along County Road 8 from the North Fredericksburgh Hall to Southview Public School, utilizing emergency lights and sirens as part of a water shuttle accreditation training.

This accreditation is essential in ensuring that the department can deliver a reliable water supply in rural areas during emergencies. The training is timed and requires firefighters to establish and maintain water flow within specific parameters.
