Parade of Lights

The Parade of Lights is taking place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, leaving from the Napanee Fairgrounds (170 York Street) at 5:30 pm.

We kindly ask that the public refrain from parking vehicles along the parade route. Vehicles left on the parade route will receive a ticket and/or be towed.

Service Update - Medium Potable Water Fill Station

The Medium Potable Water Fill Station at the A.L. Dafoe Water Treatment Plant is temporarily out of service. Notice will be provided once the station is operating again.

Winter Parking Restrictions

Winter parking restrictions are in effect from December 1 - March 31. During this time, parking is not permitted on any roadways or streets between 1:00 am and 7:00 am for winter maintenance operations.
