Due to favourable spring conditions, Greater Napanee Fire Services is lifting the current Partial Burn Ban for Greater Napanee, effective Friday, May 6, 2022.

Due to favourable spring conditions, Greater Napanee Fire Services is downgrading the current “Total Burn Ban” to a “Partial Burn Ban” effective Tuesday, April 26, 2022. A “Partial Burn Ban” will allow residents to light and maintain a campfire of no more than 60 cm in width by 60 cm in height, used for cooking, warmth and/ or recreational enjoyment. A Total Burn Ban will be in effect for Greater Napanee beginning April 1 until May 15, 2022 , and Greater Napanee Fire Services strongly advises residents to practice fire safety by adhering to the Total Burn Ban.
