The Council of the Town of Greater Napanee intends to adopt the 2021 Operating and Capital Budgets at a Regular Session on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting is scheduled to be held at Selby Community Hall, 114 Pleasant Drive, Selby. The 2021 proposed total operating and capital tax levy is $13,307,036 or an increase to the current tax base of 2.95% over 2021. Take notice that the Council of the Town of Greater Napanee intends to adopt the 2019 Budget and Property Tax Rates at the Council meeting on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, upstairs in the Greater Napanee Town Hall, 124 John Street, Napanee (accessible by a lift).
The 2019 proposed total operating and capital tax levy is $12,219,263 or a 2.95% increase from 2018.

The Council of the Town of Greater Napanee intends to consider a by-law to approve the 2019 Utilities Operating and Capital Budget at a meeting to be held on February 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
This budget includes an increase of 1.85% to municipal water and wastewater rates for 2019. This increase will result in a bi-monthly financial impact to the average (24.5m3) customer of $3.43.

The Town of Greater Napanee’s new eServices Portal allows property owners to access their property tax accounts online at any time. Property owners can perform a free general search on assessment roll information. Properties can be searched by Roll number, Property ID, Address or Postal Code.
For more detailed information, such as bill summaries and transactions, a user must register an account through the portal.
