RBC ROAD TO THE WORLD JUNIORS: Czech Republic & Finland's Junior Clubs and the Hockey Canada Century Tour Visiting Napanee

The RBC Road to the World Juniors is travelling through Lennox & Addington County and it's going to be an unforgettable week of hockey!  In addition to the pre-competition game between defending champion Finland and Czech Republic on December 19th at 7pm (tickets now sold out), both clubs have scheduled multiple practices at the Strathcona Paper Centre from December 18th - 23rd. The Hockey Canada Century Tour will also be visiting our community, outside at the SPC from December 19th - 21st. See below for more details!

OPEN PRACTICE SCHEDULE

December 18 - 23, 2014,

Practices provide a great opportunity for local minor hockey players, coaches and the community in general to see elite-level drills performed by some of the world’s best young players. Those in attendance are encouraged to bring along a non-perishable food item for the local food bank.

HOCKEY CANADA CENTURY TOUR

December 19th - 21st
Strathcona Paper Centre, 16 McPherson Drive, Napanee


Hockey Canada is celebrating their 100th anniversary, and to commemorate the occasion, an interactive hockey experience caravan is visiting 100 communities across the country celebrating Canada's game. From December 19th to 21st, the Hockey Canada Century Tour will be at the Strathcona Paper Centre in Napanee! Fans visiting the Century Tour will be immersed in the history and energy that is Canadian hockey. The tour includes a state-of-the-art interactive timeline of milestone hockey moments and artifacts, as well as activities for kids, families and all fans of the game.
