Quinte Conservation Permits & Regulations Info. Night on May 4, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Greater Napanee Town Hall - Are you planning some work or development on your property? You may require a permit from Quinte Conservation or other agencies. Conservation authority staff will walk you through the process and answer any questions you have. Parking within the Town is regulated by the Parking By-law No. 2006-56.
