Whether you are looking for a hall, arena or meeting room, the Town of Greater Napanee has a variety of facilities and rooms to meet your rental needs. How to Book and Pay for Facilities Online
Book Online
If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.
Once your booking request has been submitted, you will receive notification via email of the approval. Please note that facility booking rentals and account creation approvals will only be approved Monday to Friday, from 8:30am-4:30pm. Approvals may take between 24-48 hours to be processed.
Once your request has been approved you will need to log back into your account to make payment.
Pay Online
Payment for online bookings is due within two weeks of the original booking. If you cannot pay online via credit card, please come to 99 Advance Avenue to pay in person (Hall and Lounge Rentals) or to 16 McPherson Drive to pay in person (Ice Rentals).
