Addressing Council

Town of Greater Napanee Council welcomes members of the public to speak to Council as deputations on matters of interest to them at Council meetings.

  • The deadline to submit a request in writing to the Clerk is noon on the Wednesday prior to the Council meeting. The written request should include an outline of the presentation to be included in the Meeting Agenda.
  • As a Deputation before Council, you have up to 10 minutes to outline your requests or concerns.
  • You should be prepared to answer questions from Council.
  • Your name and comments will be available publically and recorded in the minutes of the meeting.
