The Council and Staff of Greater Napanee are proud of our community. We approach each public request with a customer-first attitude, balanced by the need to ensure that we provide safe public services in an efficient and expedient manner.
To this end, we have grouped service delivery into four main areas: CAO’s Office and Finance, Community and Corporate Services, Emergency Services, and Infrastructure Services. We trust that this plan will provide better sharing of staff and equipment resources. From our customers’ perspective, this design should help provide a more streamlined experience when dealing with Greater Napanee.
